This role involves delivering comprehensive financial guidance--including financial planning, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement strategies, and investment services. All candidates will have defined opportunities for career advancement, and those with advanced experience (MBA, business ownership, or prior management) may qualify for the Fast-Track to Partner program. Responsibilities * Build and maintain client relationships through financial planning and service. * Schedule appointments, meet with potential clients, and assess their financial needs. * Provide customized recommendations in life protection, retirement planning, and investment strategies. * Deliver ongoing support to existing policyholders. * Educate clients on tax-efficient strategies and available financial solutions. * Commit to continuous professional growth by obtaining additional licenses and designations. * Operate with the discipline and entrepreneurial spirit of being in business for yourself--but never by yourself. Qualifications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated leadership ability and desire to become an industry expert. * Strong self-motivation and entrepreneurial drive. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. * Ability and willingness to obtain: * State Life & Health Insurance License. * FINRA SIE, Series 6/7, and Series 63 within the first year (all study materials and exam fees provided). * Candidates with MBAs, prior management experience, or business ownership may qualify for accelerated leadership opportunities.
