ITO EN Hawaii is seeking a full-time Account Specialist to be responsible for stock rotation, refilling shelves, display building and ordering. On the job training provided. Regularly visits assigned accounts to take inventory and order products and is responsible for merchandising product. Assigned accounts include but are not limited to Major Supermarkets, Independent Retailers, Alternative Formats and Convenience Stores. Makes basic orders and/or ad orders and verifies suggested orders with account manager before submitting to CSD. Builds rapport with assigned accounts. Build and rebuilds displays as necessary. Puts in requests for merchandising assistance to Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager Introduces new products to accounts. Weekend work may be necessary to ensure accounts are adequately serviced during periods of additional Ad activities and doing samplings of new/existing products. You will be working under minimal supervision, so good communication is required. Flexibility with servicing routes on the island of Oahu, working with a variety of accounts is required. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and push and pull wheeled loads up to 2,000 lbs. with a pallet jack. Requires flexibility to adjust to varying ending times based on sales activity within the route. Requires reliable transportation, clean abstract for the past 3 years, valid Hawaii driver license, car insurance and cell phone. We provide a cell phone allowance and mileage reimbursement.
