Whether assisting with product demonstrations or managing transactions at the POS (Point of Sale) system, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service every day. < Duties> * Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience * Operate the POS system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and speed * Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers about features and benefits * Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction * Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking activities * Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with integrity and accuracy * Assist in inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and conducting stock counts * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting remote customers * Support team supervision by guiding new staff members and sharing best practices in customer service and sales techniques < Experience> * Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially within grocery stores or similar environments * Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential * Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively * Proven supervising experience or leadership capabilities are a plus for team collaboration roles * Strong communication skills to connect confidently with customers and team members * Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and inventory calculations * Experience in merchandising, product demos, upselling, and retail math will set you apart Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable shopping experiences!
