About the Role Are you a high-energy, results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, face- to-face environments? We're looking for an Event Marketing Manager to lead our in-person marketing team. This is not a behind-the-scenes role -- you'll be in the field, running events, setting up booths, engaging with the public, and driving lead generation results. Responsibilities * Manage and execute weekend events and trade shows (Friday through Sunday) * Set up, manage, and break down marketing booths (must be able to lift 75 lbs) * Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments * Hire, train, and mentor a team of marketing representatives * Collaborate with leadership to improve strategies and team performance * Build partnerships with local businesses and venues * Track and report event metrics to optimize performance Requirements * 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or event management * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals * Outgoing and engaging personality -- comfortable talking to anyone * Strong leadership skills -- leads by example * Excellent communication and organizational abilities * Motivated, resilient, and entrepreneurial mindset * Reliable transportation and weekend availability * Bilingual skills are a plus Compensation & Benefits * Base salary + performance-based bonuses: $75,000 - $110,000/year * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off * Career advancement opportunities (leadership, operations, regional roles) * High-energy, team-oriented work culture Why Join Us?
