We are currently seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team as AT&T Sales Associates. This AT&T Sales Associate role is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment, representing a trusted and innovative brand. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will serve as the face of AT&T in Houston. This AT&T Sales Associate role is focused on delivering high-quality customer experiences through in-person interactions, understanding customer needs, and offering customized solutions. AT &T Sales Associate Responsibilities * Educate customers during in person interactions on AT&T's products and services, including wireless plans, internet packages, and device options * Understand and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions * Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial contact to product/service activation * Maintain a strong understanding of AT&T offerings and current promotions * Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets * Provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention * Report activity and performance metrics to team leaders and management AT &T Sales Associate Qualifications & Requirements * Customer service or sales experience preferred * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Professional appearance and demeanor * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally * Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $850.00 - $2,000.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Work Location: In person
