Sales & Warehouse Specialist

Overview

: We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Sales & Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This position combines sales support, warehouse operations, and local deliveries to ensure our customers receive excellent service and quality products every time.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter and over the phone.
• Process orders accurately and provide product, pricing, and availability information.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup.
• Load and unload trucks safely; deliver products to customer sites when needed.
• Keep sales and warehouse areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Follow company safety standards and procedures.

Requirements

:

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift training provided).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
