Sales & Warehouse Specialist Overview: We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Sales & Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This position combines sales support, warehouse operations, and local deliveries to ensure our customers receive excellent service and quality products every time. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers at the sales counter and over the phone. * Process orders accurately and provide product, pricing, and availability information. * Receive, stock, and organize inventory. * Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup. * Load and unload trucks safely; deliver products to customer sites when needed. * Keep sales and warehouse areas clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Follow company safety standards and procedures. Requirements: * 1+ year of experience in warehouse, sales, or customer service. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift training provided). * Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred. * Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
