Brightside Windows | Everett, WA Brightside Windows is growing fast and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our door-to-door residential window sales team in Everett. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands D2D sales and knows how to build, train, and manage a high-performing team. What You 'll Do * Lead, motivate, and manage a team of D2D sales representatives * Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales reps * Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals * Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching to improve performance * Track results, hold accountability, and drive consistent production * Work closely with ownership to scale sales operations What We 're Looking For * Proven door-to-door (D2D) sales experience - REQUIRED * Sales management or team leadership experience - REQUIRED * Strong closer with residential or in-home sales experience * Confident leader who can coach, motivate, and hold reps accountable * Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven Requirements * Valid driver 's license and reliable vehicle - REQUIRED * Ability to work evenings and weekends * Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Compensation & Opportunity * Performance-based compensation (overrides/commission) * Managers with a successful team can average $20,000 -$30,000 per month * Significant growth and earning potential with a growing local company If you've successfully led D2D teams before and are ready to take ownership of a sales operation, we want to hear from you.
