Role Overview As a Hot Tub Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our showroom--welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the perfect spa solution. You'll combine product knowledge with a friendly, consultative approach to close sales and build lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities * Greet and engage customers in the showroom with warmth and professionalism * Understand customer preferences, space requirements, and budget to recommend suitable hot tub models * Demonstrate product features and benefits, including hydrotherapy options, maintenance, and installation * Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays * Follow up with leads and nurture long-term customer relationships * Process sales transactions and coordinate delivery and installation * Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends Qualifications * Previous retail or sales experience preferred (especially in home goods, appliances, or outdoor products) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly * Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset * Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and CRM tools * Weekend availability required What We Offer * Competitive base pay + commission * Product training and ongoing sales support * Employee discounts on hot tubs and accessories * A fun, relaxed work environment with a supportive team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: In person
