Overview

As a Hot Tub Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our showroom--welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the perfect spa solution. You'll combine product knowledge with a friendly, consultative approach to close sales and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in the showroom with warmth and professionalism
• Understand customer preferences, space requirements, and budget to recommend suitable hot tub models
• Demonstrate product features and benefits, including hydrotherapy options, maintenance, and installation
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays
• Follow up with leads and nurture long-term customer relationships
• Process sales transactions and coordinate delivery and installation
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (especially in home goods, appliances, or outdoor products)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly
• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and CRM tools
