Job Title: Inside Sales Quoting Specialist About Us Red Stick Armature Works has been in business since 1959, making us the oldest locally owned, complete electromechanical repair and service facility in Louisiana. We are a growing, motivated company located in St. Francisville, LA. Job Summary The Inside Sales Quoting Specialist plays a key role in supporting RSAW's New Product sales efforts by preparing accurate, timely, and competitive quotations. This position reviews and interprets RFQs, works to understand customer needs, and develops quotes that align with technical requirements, pricing strategy, and delivery capabilities. The Quoting Specialist collaborates closely with sales, operations, and internal teams to ensure each quote reflects company standards while providing responsive, professional service to customers. Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate and timely New Product quotes by reviewing customer requests, specifications, and requirements. * Communicate with customers regarding quotes, clarifications, and order status, ensuring high-quality service. * Maintain records of quotes, customer data, and job information in CRM/ERP systems. * Process customer and vendor purchase orders. * Ensure all documentation, pricing, and proposals meet company standards and margin expectations. * Participate in process improvements for quoting efficiency and customer responsiveness. * Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision.
