Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand partnerships across Professional, Skilled Industrial, Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, Legal, IT, and Financial sectors. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored staffing solutions. * Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. * Represent J & J Staffing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. * Present our services to decision-makers and hiring managers, addressing staffing challenges and driving long-term success. * Stay informed on industry trends and labor market shifts to uncover new opportunities. Qualifications * 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (staffing/recruiting industry preferred). * Proven success selling into one or more target industries. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency with video conferencing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with daily prospecting and cold calls. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
