Roofing Sales Representative - Training Provided | High Earning Potential Are you motivated by performance-based pay and growth opportunity? We are a locally owned roofing company hiring Roofing Sales Representatives. No roofing experience required. We provide paid training and a proven sales process. If you're coachable, driven, and want control over your income, this role may be a strong fit.

Compensation

:

• Commission-based position
• Average first-year reps earn $70,000-$120,000
• Top performers earn $150,000+
• Performance bonuses available
• Training stipend available during onboarding (performance-based) (Income is uncapped and based on performance.) Job

Responsibilities

:

• Inspect residential roofs for storm damage (training provided)
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
• Assist customers through inspections, claims, and project timelines
• Follow a structured sales process focused on education, not pressure
• Work assigned neighborhoods with active storm damage You act as a guide for the homeowner, not a pushy salesperson.

Requirements
