Sales Associate - Matt Bowers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Baton Rouge, LA) We're expanding our Internet + Showroom Sales team and want closers with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. What You'll Do * Own the guest experience: Greet fast, qualify needs, and guide customers through a transparent, professional process. * Work the funnel: Handle web leads, phone calls, texts, and walk-ins with speed and precision; confirm and show appointments. * Present with confidence: Product walk-arounds, test drives, feature/benefit tie-downs, and clear numbers presentation. * Close & follow up: Overcome objections, partner with management to finalize deals, and execute a 24-hour post-delivery follow-up. * Merchandise the floor: Keep displays, signage, and vehicles showroom-ready and on-brand. * Promote offers: Introduce current promotions, accessories, warranties, and service options; cross-sell to increase ticket. * Run the CRM: Log every touch, every time-appointments, notes, next actions-zero gaps. What You Bring * High school diploma or Associate's degree. * Retail or dealership sales experience preferred (experienced auto sales pros encouraged to apply). * Professional communication-on the phone, in person, and on camera (short videos/social content a plus). * Comfortable with basic math and CRM/DMS tools; quick to learn new systems. * Positive attitude, polished appearance, and the drive to win in a fast pace. * Able to stand/walk for extended periods; valid driver's license.
