Summary We are seeking a motivated Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Mercedes-Benz of St. Clair Shores. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while driving sales of our premium vehicle inventory. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout their ownership experience. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Present and demonstrate vehicle features, advantages, and benefits effectively. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale. * Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions. * Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Requirements * Proven experience in outbound sales or automotive sales is preferred. * Must have luxury brand automotive sales experience (preferred) * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and financing options. * Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility in hours.
