We are seeking a CSR/Account Manager- Personal Lines/HNW Insurance to join our growing team. Can you deliver exceptional customer service? Responsibilities: * Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls. * Quoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal process. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. * Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution. * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Skills: * 1-2 years of client service experience * Property and Casualty Insurance License * Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pay: $55,382.90 - $66,697.69 per year Work Location: In person
