Qualifications * Self-driven, empathetic people-person with strong relationship-building skills * Confident communicator with polished phone etiquette, solid writing ability, and fast/accurate typing * At least 2 years of experience selling guitars and/or musical instruments * Gear enthusiasts: you genuinely enjoy talking specs, features, and tech with other music lovers * Musicians welcome: performers and songwriters who want to build a long-term career in the music industry Responsibilities * Serve as a trusted gear advisor for customers in-store, online, and by phone * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and proactive outreach * Manage a personal book of business--becoming the go-to expert for your customers' music and audio needs * Make 80 -100 outbound calls per day to nurture relationships, recommend products, and support purchases * Provide professional guidance on musical instruments and pro audio gear, with a strong focus on guitars * Educate customers across categories--tone, amps, pedals, recording, live sound, and more * Partner with our Product Support team to resolve issues, troubleshoot gear concerns, and ensure a great experience * Join brand trainings, office hours, and product meetings to stay current on new releases and features What a Great Liberty Music Inc.
