Qualifications

• Self-driven, empathetic people-person with strong relationship-building skills
• Confident communicator with polished phone etiquette, solid writing ability, and fast/accurate typing
• At least 2 years of experience selling guitars and/or musical instruments
• Gear enthusiasts: you genuinely enjoy talking specs, features, and tech with other music lovers
• Musicians welcome: performers and songwriters who want to build a long-term career in the music industry

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted gear advisor for customers in-store, online, and by phone
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and proactive outreach
• Manage a personal book of business--becoming the go-to expert for your customers' music and audio needs
• Make 80 -100 outbound calls per day to nurture relationships, recommend products, and support purchases
• Provide professional guidance on musical instruments and pro audio gear, with a strong focus on guitars
• Educate customers across categories--tone, amps, pedals, recording, live sound, and more
• Partner with our Product Support team to resolve issues, troubleshoot gear concerns, and ensure a great experience
