Regional Sales Manager Panda Exteriors | Northern Region (NJ, PA, DE) Panda Exteriors is a fast-growing exterior remodeling company focused on delivering high-quality residential solutions. We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Northern Region sales performance across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will own regional revenue, coach sales reps in the field, and help scale Panda Exteriors' retail sales operation.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive regional sales performance for the Northern Region
• Lead, coach, and support sales reps with a strong focus on performance and development
• Work directly with individual reps on presentations, pricing strategies, objections, and closing
• Drive revenue across three northern locations (NJ, PA, DE)
• Track, analyze, and improve sales KPIs and performance metrics
• Conduct in-field training, ride-alongs, and performance coaching
• Partner with leadership to execute regional sales strategies
• Hold teams accountable to activity, pipeline health, and revenue targets What We're Looking For
• Proven success in sales leadership , ideally within exterior remodeling or home improvement
• Experience managing multi-location or regional sales teams preferred
• Strong understanding of retail sales cycles
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales professionals
• Data-driven mindset with strong follow-through
• Willingness to travel throughout NJ, PA, and DE
• High accountability, strong communication skills, and ownership mentality
