The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent service, and driving sales in a retail environment. Duties - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Provide product knowledge to customers - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Skills - Proficiency in retail math for transactions - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Knowledge of technical sales to promote products effectively - Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries - Experience in sales techniques and cash handling is preferred Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic retail environment where your skills will make a difference!
