YIZ Marketing is hiring for a Mandarin Speaking Account Manager for our Plantation , FL office. This is an in person role Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Mandarin is a MUST and is non negotiable . The After-Sales Account Manager serves as the key liaison between the company and its clients. This role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of client advertising accounts, performance tracking, communication, feedback management, and renewal facilitation. The primary objective of this role is to ensure client satisfaction, clearly communicate advertising value and results, and improve long-term client retention and partnership growth. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide regular updates on ad performance and optimization strategies. Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, complaints, and ad adjustment needs. Maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and expertise. Develop a deep understanding of each client's industry, business model, store characteristics, and marketing goals. Collaborate with Ads Specialists / Account Setup teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time and correctly. Monitor advertising account performance regularly and identify abnormalities or risks. Proactively propose optimization recommendations based on data and client feedback (budget allocation, keywords, creatives, targeting, etc.). Assist clients in understanding advertising reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators. Review monthly performance reports, including CTR, conversion rate, budget utilization, ROI, and lead volume. Analyze performance trends and develop actionable improvement plans. Document all key communications, feedback, and adjustments in the CRM system. Proactively notify clients in advance of contract expiration dates. Recommend renewal plans, package upgrades, or additional services based on campaign performance and client needs. Coordinate with the sales team to complete renewal discussions, pricing confirmation, and contract processing. Foster long-term partnerships and encourage additional budget allocation or new project collaboration. Qualifications Requirements Associate degree or above; Marketing, Advertising, or Media-related majors preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or client account management Technical Skills / Soft Skills Familiar with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Yelp, Google Business Profile (GMB), and related platforms Strong communication and coordination skills, high stress tolerance, data- driven mindset, and strong service awareness Performance Evaluation (KPIs) We are looking for the following for the in terms of the KPI: Client Renewal Rate-30%Percentage of renewed clients among expiring accounts Client Satisfaction (CS Score) -20% Client feedback, reviews, and complaint records Advertising Performance Improvement-20% Improvements in CTR, ROI, lead volume, etc. Response Timeliness -10% Average response time to client inquiries and issues Report Accuracy & Timeliness- 10% On-time submission and accuracy of reports Collaboration & Problem Resolution-10% Internal coordination effectiveness and issue resolution speed Please apply today!
