Rogers Supply is a family oriented, growing HVAC wholesaler who has been in business since 1946. We are looking for a territory sales person, for our Peoria and Lasalle branches, to grow our business who is self directed and fearless. This business category is difficult to move the "needle" on sales and requires creativeness, resilience, and persistence to make any progress. Responsibilities: Increase sales in existing customers and sign up new customers through personal visits and electronic contact (email, text, phone, etc.) Put bids together for potential sales, enter sales tickets, maintain consignment stock at customers locations, and help support inside sales efforts when needed. Experience: HVAC experience required, demonstrable sales experience is a plus Skills: People skills: Likeable, persuasive, resilient, personable, trustworthy. Personal skills:organized, determined, aggressive, and fearless. Must be able to navigate a computer system and smart phone.
