About the Role

Aflac is seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as First-Year Agents. In this role, you'll help local businesses and individuals understand and enroll in Aflac's supplemental insurance plans. No prior insurance experience is required--Aflac provides comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the tools you need to build a successful career. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy connecting with people, want flexibility in their schedule, and are driven by the opportunity to grow their income through performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships with individuals and small businesses
• Educate clients on Aflac's supplemental insurance products (accident, cancer, disability, life, and more)
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options
• Attend field training, team meetings, and mentorship sessions
• Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline
• Provide ongoing support and claims assistance for policyholders
• Prospect for new business through in-person visits, networking, phone outreach, and community engagement

Qualifications

• No prior insurance or sales experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently with support from a team
• Willingness to obtain applicable state insurance license (Aflac provides guidance)
• A car is required for this position Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
