Job Summary: Do you enjoy picking out clothing, footwear, and gear for men, ladies and kids so they have the right gear for their adventure or next trip? A salesperson does just that in the Reeds Apparel & Footwear Department. We are striving to bring in great talent who likes to assist and educate customers at Reeds Family Outdoor Outfitters in Walker, MN. Retail sales experience, talent, and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment are required. Core duties include: * On-floor retail sales * Phone sales * Merchandising new products * Greet & Thank customers * Variety of tasks involving receiving, stocking and customer assistance. * Assist with inventory by scanning products, operate scanning equipment and fix scanning issues. * Assists in the maintenance of storefront and retail displays. * Assist customers with bait purchases. * Help with inventories and replenishing displays and fixtures. * Customer service experience necessary. * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Prior experience and basic computer skills and Microsoft Word and Excel is very helpful. * Flexibility to be moved around in a variety of tasks.
