Who You Are

You're an HVAC technician, tried and true. You've done and are capable of doing nearly any HVAC job in a residential setting and are comfortable with light commercial work too. You love your trade and are eager to share your knowledge with customers and coworkers. You're good with people. You excel at sales and provide great customer service. You're versatile. You like selling new installs, performing repairs and installing new equipment. You understand we added the HVAC trade to our plumbing company last year. You 'll be one of two HVAC service/sales technicians, and you're excited about the value and leadership you'll bring. You set a high bar. Quality and customer satisfaction are important to you. You work hard. You don't mind working long hours or on some weekends if the company needs it.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and install residential HVAC systems
• Sell HVAC equipment and repairs
• Maintain HVAC systems
• Assist other employees with technical challenges
• Work 50+ hours / week Monday - Friday
• Rotate one Saturday day time shift every 4 weeks
• Clean the job site, replenish/organize trucks, etc. Skills
• 6+ years HVAC experience
• Technical problem solving
• Great customer service
• Sales
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Able and willing to follow instructions
• Hard work ethic
• Team player that gets along well with others

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Pass background check
• Pass drug test Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per hour
