Dillon, Masterson, Harley Davidson, Sterling River, and more, we're proud to be a leader in the western and work boot industry. What You 'll Do: Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience Help customers find the perfect pair of boots with expert product knowledge and friendly guidance Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing Work collaboratively with teammates to meet sales goals and elevate customer satisfaction Stay up to date on product features, promotions, and store policies Who We 're Looking For: A people-person with a genuine passion for helping others Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers face-to- face A team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting Previous retail or sales experience is a plus--but not required Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or GED Compensation & Perks: Competitive hourly wage Opportunity to earn $2-$3 more per hour through performance-based bonuses Free pair of boots upon hire Generous employee discount If you love boots, enjoy connecting with people, and want to be part of a fun and fast-moving retail team, we 'd love to meet you!
