Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is expanding in the Philadelphia market, and we're hiring one driven Outside Sales Rep to take ownership of a high- demand territory. This is a high-commission opportunity with real leads, strong close rates, and a growing brand behind you.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled estimates (no cold calling)
• Sell residential concrete coating solutions (garage floors, basements, patios)
• Manage your pipeline from estimate to close
• Build relationships and close deals you're proud of What We're Looking For
• Sales experience (in-home, outside sales, roofing, remodeling, or similar)
• Comfortable with 100% commission
• Strong communication and closing skills
