Academy is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to sell and market bus charters for our busy Tampa, FL market. TO BE CONSIDERED: *MUST BE A RESIDENT OF THE GREATER CLEARWATER, ST. PETE, TAMPA, AND/OR SARASOTA AREAS AND VERY FAMILIAR WITH AREAS AND TRANSPORTATION ROUTES Responsibilities: * Responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing client base as well as creating new ones * Generating sales from a wide variety of clients from various industries * Seeking out new clients * Rekindling working relationships from clients who worked with us in the past * Supervise a team of sales representatives * Catering to all client needs concerning both sales and operation requests * Running and carefully reviewing daily reports * Entertaining existing and potential clients during and after regular business hours * Attending networking events both during and after regular business hours * Maintaining and creating relationships with partners in various industries Desired Qualities: * Dependable self-motivated person that takes initiative and accountability * Strong communicator * Outgoing and friendly personality * Organized, detail oriented, planner and multi-tasker * Superb time management skills * Works well under pressure * Experience working in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint Desired Skills: * Inside Sales * Outside Sales * Customer service * Account / client management * Networking Requirements: * Associate's Degree * 3 years of consistent sales experience * 3 years of management/supervisor experience * Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis * Must be very familiar with the Greater Clearwater, St. Pete, Tampa and / or Sarasota areas * Transportation industry experience a plus Additional Requirements: * Must be willing to work in the office full time every day (no work from home) * Must be accustomed to responding to emails, texts, and missed phone calls with a sense of urgency * Must be available and responsive outside business hours, including nights, weekends and holidays Health Insurance and Benefits Offered Include: * Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and Life insurance * Supplemental coverages * 401K plan * Paid time off * Paid Holidays Academy is EEO.
