Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building rapport, identifying customer needs, and guiding buyers through a seamless and enjoyable purchase process. You'll have the opportunity to work with a curated inventory, competitive financing options, and a dealership that values your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming showroom experience
• Listen to customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Conduct test drives and provide thorough vehicle demonstrations
• Explain financing and warranty options clearly and professionally
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, and text in a timely manner
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions
• Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to team success
• Represent Auto 206 Inc. with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
