Our Business Development Representative position is the opportunity of a lifetime to develop sales skills that will serve you for your entire career. Our Business Development Center develops sales opportunities for both our Kingston Pike and Parkside Drive Ford Stores and Our New State-of-the- Art Lincoln Store so the sky is the limit for you earning opportunities. Business Development Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Answering inbound sales phone calls and using your growing automotive knowledge to verify vehicle availability, specific features, and more * Building relationships with our prospective customers and setting up appointments with our sales specialists for product demonstrations * Regularly exploring our enormous customer database for prospective clients that may want help finding their next vehicle * Assisting our sales team with task completion, gathering customer information, etc. Relevant skills: * Phone sales skills * Charismatic personality * Positive Attitude * Microsoft Office * CRM & DMS Experience (eLead CRM, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc) * Automotive knowledge * Organization skills * Task & Time Management * At Least 18 Years Old Pay is based on experience and commission, and weekends & weekday availability are required.
