Sales Associate - Full Time Who You Are: You provide guests with the ultimate customer experience to create lifelong fans of our family of brands. You are an entrepreneurial, focused, and driven sales professional who gets excited by delighting guests and transforming them into loyal customers. You achieve sales quotas, maintain the appearance of the sales floor, assist customers with the selection of merchandise, and complete administrative tasks as required. You create inspiration, enthusiasm and excitement about our products, and help guests discover styles and select merchandise that creates a home they will love. You work well in a team environment that puts the customer's best interest as the top priority. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. * Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or a related field. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to learn and work with various office software and systems. * Ability to use good judgement in making decisions which have significant impact on the Company's credibility, operations, and services. * Ability to work in a team environment. * Sitting and/or standing for sustained periods of time and moving throughout the retail space. * Must be able to lift and/or exert up to 15 pounds of force at times. Pay Structure: Great earnings potential with our commission-based compensation plan! Online and in-person paid training provided.
