We are looking for a driven, motivated, and people-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll connect with potential clients, educate them on our services/products, and close deals that create lasting value for the customer.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, texts, emails, and in-person outreach
• Conduct consultations or presentations to understand customer needs
• Match clients with the right products or services to fit their goals
• Manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales goals
• Build lasting relationships with clients and provide post-sale support
• Track interactions in CRM software (if used)
• Collaborate with team members and report to the sales manager

Qualifications

:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Proven sales experience is a plus (but not always required)
• Ability to learn and present services clearly and confidently
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
