We are looking for a driven, motivated, and people-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll connect with potential clients, educate them on our services/products, and close deals that create lasting value for the customer. Key Responsibilities: * Generate and follow up on leads through calls, texts, emails, and in-person outreach * Conduct consultations or presentations to understand customer needs * Match clients with the right products or services to fit their goals * Manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales goals * Build lasting relationships with clients and provide post-sale support * Track interactions in CRM software (if used) * Collaborate with team members and report to the sales manager Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Proven sales experience is a plus (but not always required) * Ability to learn and present services clearly and confidently * Comfortable working independently or as part of a team * Coachable and open to feedback Job Type: Full-time Pay: $94,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
