You'll manage a portfolio of over 2,000 business accounts, build lasting relationships with decision-makers, and close deals that make a real impact. Your day-to-day will include: * Making outbound calls and sending follow-up emails * Building relationships and uncovering new sales opportunities * Managing deals from first contact through close * Maintaining consistent outreach and account growth * Collaborating with a supportive team that wants to see you win Who You Are * Experienced in sales, procurement, or account management * Skilled at cold calling and closing business deals * Personable, persuasive, and energetic * Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent performance * Excellent communicator with strong integrity * Fluent in Spanish? That's a plus! Compensation & Growth Your growth and pay are based on measurable performance--not commission--so your success is rewarded with consistent, reliable income. Senior Account Rep in Training: $21.25/hr * ~$52K/yr * 1,000 units/month for 2 consecutive months Senior Account Rep: $23.25/hr * ~$55K/yr * Maintain 1,000 units/month Major Account Rep: $31.88/hr * ~$79K/yr * 1,800 units/month for 2 consecutive months Senior Major Account Rep: $43.50/hr * ~$106K/yr * 2,400 units/month for 2 consecutive months VP of Major Accounts: $52.50/hr * ~$130K/yr * 3,100 units/month for 2 consecutive months Work Details * Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73127 (Required) * Relocation: Must relocate before starting work (Preferred) * Schedule: Monday-Friday only Join a team that's serious about growth, success, and building great lives-- starting with yours.
