We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in roofing product sales in the east and central Florida region.

Responsibilities

: - Identify and build relationships with roofing contractors, construction companies, and property managers. - Visit customer sites to demonstrate and discuss roofing product options. - Generate leads through outbound calls, site visits, and local networking. - Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and close deals. - Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM. - Collaborate with our operations team to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

: - Prior experience in B2B sales, ideally in the roofing or construction materials industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to travel locally in Sarasota and surrounding areas. - Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Schedule: - Monday to Friday, daytime hours. - No night shifts. - Occasional weekends if needed for client meetings.
