Base Pay(depending on experience) + Bonuses + Benefits Benefits/Perks: * Paid Time Off * Flexible Schedule * Tuition Reimbursement * Maternity/Parental Leave * Career Development & Advancement Opportunities * Potential for future hybrid work What You'll Bring: * Property & Casualty License - Required! * Minimum of 1-3 years of proven P &C insurance industry experience, demonstrating strong account management capabilities. * Strong verbal and written communication skills required. * Experience using MS Office Suite required. * Experience using agency management system preferred. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment. * Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the agency. * Demonstrated knowledge of commercial insurance policy language. What You'll Do: * Coordinate submissions for new and renewal accounts to appropriate insurance carriers. * Prepare comprehensive renewal summaries for existing clients. * Serve as a key resource for Producer/Account Executives and other team members, offering expertise and guidance. * Assist with pre-underwriting information gathering , coverage analysis, and proposal presentations when needed.
