About the Product Vivint is a leading smart home security company offering professionally installed, fully integrated smart security and automation systems designed to provide safety, convenience, and peace of mind. Key Responsibilities: * As an E/L Account Sales Manager, you will: * Report to the office daily for training workshops, client updates, performance evaluations, and sales preparation * Represent the Vivint brand with professionalism, integrity, and confidence * Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions to educate them on products and promotions * Accurately record and track daily personal sales performance * Consistently meet and exceed weekly sales goals * Attend and actively participate in all weekly team meetings, trainings, and workshops Qualifications: * Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits: * Annual Earnings: $70,000 - $90,000 * Paid training * Weekly commission and performance-based bonuses * Recognition & Career Growth * Weekly, quarterly, and annual sales awards * Clear advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles * Travel & Networking Opportunities * Conferences and out-of-market training * Top performer trips and exclusive experiences Schedule * Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM * Saturdays optional Work Location: Office : Westchase District - Richmond Ave, Houston, TX 77042 Field Work : Face-to-face customer visits throughout the Greater Houston Area Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week Work Location: In person
