OneSparQ is looking for an Inside Sales Representative in Birmingham, AL. Responsibilities: * Own a hunter-style, outbound sales role, proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities * Manage and grow Tier 1-3 accounts, providing high-touch, white-glove service and strategic outreach * Drive account expansion and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives * Actively participate in sales training and development programs * Use CRM tools to track leads, pipeline activity, and account performance * Coordinate closely with outside sales teams to manage accounts and align sales strategies * Leverage data and reporting tools (Power BI and Salesforce) to analyze performance and guide decision-making Required Skills: * 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales * Experience with a CRM platform * Experience with outbound cold calling Additional Skills: * Experience working as a part of a team * Experience researching and using data to do outreach * Familiarity with industrial machinery open Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
