Outside Sales Representative -- Roofing & Insurance Restoration Legacy Roofing & Construction -- Multiple Territories Available Commission-Based | $80,000-$150,000+ per year (no income ceiling) Local Travel Required | Door-to-Door Lead Generation | Insurance Claims About the Opportunity Are you hungry, competitive, and ready to control your income? Legacy Roofing is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing insurance restoration team. This is a high-energy, face-to-face sales role where success is built on hustle, communication, and follow-through -- not sitting behind a desk. Our reps help homeowners navigate the insurance process after hail or windstorms, turning cold door knocks into fully built roofing projects worth $15,000-$30,000+ each. What You 'll Do 1. Neighborhood Canvassing & Lead Generation Knock 20-40 doors per day in storm-affected neighborhoods. Introduce Legacy Roofing's services and offer free property inspections. Build rapport, overcome objections, and schedule roof inspections. Log leads and interactions in JobNimbus CRM. 2. Roof Inspections & Documentation Conduct or assist with roof inspections. Capture clear, date-stamped photos of storm damage. Document findings for insurance claims and create clean photo reports. 3. Agreements & Insurance Claim Filing Present and explain Legacy's Contingency Agreement. Collect signatures and assist homeowners in filing insurance claims. 4. Adjuster Meetings & Claim Approvals Attend adjuster appointments to advocate for the homeowner. Ensure all documented damage is addressed for claim approval. Partner with supplement team on denials or re-inspections if needed. 5. Team Communication & Sales Structure Attend three sales meetings weekly (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for training and pipeline review. Engage actively in team group chats for job updates and support. 6. Customer Coordination & Build Management Guide homeowners in selecting materials and colors. Coordinate paperwork, mortgage endorsements, and build scheduling. Communicate proactively through the build process for a smooth experience. 7. Roof Installation & Finalization Oversee job prep, take progress and final photos, and collect payments. Ensure clean, well-documented installs for insurance and homeowner satisfaction. 8. Final Paperwork & Follow-Up Submit all required signatures, invoices, and photos. Assist in collecting final checks. Request referrals and reviews to generate bonus leads. Compensation 100% commission-based -- unlimited earning potential Average reps earn $2,000-$4,000 per completed roof Typical ramped reps close 1-3 jobs per week Realistic annual income: $80,000 -$150,000+ for strong performers Performance equals pay.
