Express is directly hiring an Outside Sales Representative for a growing company in Pittsburgh, PA! (Direct Hire Opportunity) This is a relationship-driven outside sales role covering Western PA, focused on building partnerships with nursing homes and helping families qualify for Medicaid services. You'll be on the road most days, meeting with nursing home administrators and business managers, generating new referrals, and maintaining existing accounts. This is a high-autonomy role with strong earning potential and excellent long-term benefits. Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours (generally 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) On the road 4-5 days per week within a 2-3 hour radius of Pittsburgh Occasional overnight travel (1-2 times per year, hotel paid) Pay & Compensation: * Base salary: $65,000-$85,000/year (most likely ~$70,000 to start) * Quarterly bonuses tied to performance ($10,000-$20,000 annually potential) * $1,000/month travel reimbursement * $500/month company credit card allowance (client hospitality) * Raise potential at the 1-year mark Benefits When Hired On: * 401(k) * 14 days PTO for the first 5 years (then increases to 21 days) * 10 additional paid days off for Jewish holidays * Long-term stability and strong company culture * High autonomy -- no micromanagement, flexible scheduling * Expenses paid for required travel * Quarterly bonus structure with uncapped growth potential Job Duties of the Outside Sales Representative: * Build and maintain relationships with nursing homes throughout Western PA * Meet with nursing home administrators and business managers to generate new referrals * Develop new accounts and maintain ongoing relationships with existing partners * Coordinate intake referrals with internal teams * Represent the company professionally during in-person visits * Track activity and submit daily schedules (e.g., which facilities you're visiting) * Follow up consistently with assigned nursing homes * Support families by connecting them to Medicaid qualification services * Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals * Other duties as required Qualifications of the Outside Sales Representative: * Prior B2B or outside sales experience preferred * Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills * Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor * Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule * Ability to travel locally within a 2-3 hour radius * Strong organization and follow-up skills * Basic comfort with numbers and goal-driven performance * Valid driver's license and clean background required * Business-casual appearance PHONE INTERVIEW HOTLINE After applying, call 724-[please apply online] to schedule a phone interview for the position ASAP!
