We believe in doing our very best - and then some. As a Hospice Community Educator you will fulfill a variety of roles and tasks:

• Overall coordination of business development and education of patients, insurance companies, physicians, hospitals, nurses, community resources, other health care specialists, and the local community.
• Ensuring continuity of care, smooth interaction, and communication between all involved in patient care activities.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships referral sources and responding to their requests and concerns.
• Developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan for hospice services to grow market share.
• Regularly meeting and informing the operational team and clinical team of new patient referrals and receives updates regarding the referred patients.
• Making daily calls to referrals to promote the benefits of ExpectCare Hospice.

Qualifications

Required: Must meet one of the following qualifications:

• Successful previous experience in business development, outreach or related role. Preferred:
• Experience in Hospice or healthcare business development.
