Full description of the position

Job Summary: The Sales Manager for Industrial markets, region: Americas will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion for our wire harness protection product lines (textile protection, corrugated hoses, and injected accessories) across Canada, the USA, and Mexico. This strategic leadership role will primarily focus on managing and developing our network of distributors, while also directly engaging key customers in the train, robotics, and industrial vehicle markets. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, results-oriented sales leader with a proven track record in the industrial sales sector, particularly within the automotive, rail, or heavy equipment industries. Key Responsibilities: * Mentor and lead a regional sales team responsible for Industrial markets * Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market share objectives for the Americas region, through a yearly sales budget. * Primary target in terms of business acquisition needs to be management of Distributors: Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors as needed to expand market reach. * Setting goals to the team that he/she will manager, tracking performance, and providing ongoing support with regular Business Reviews * Team in charge of direct customers sales development in the train, robotics, and industrial vehicle sectors. * Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure product offerings align with customer requirements and market trends. * Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends within the wire harness protection industry. * Actively participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to provide regular reports on market conditions, competitive activities, and customer feedback. * Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive sales experience in industrial or technical products, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership or Manager-level role. * Proven experience managing and developing a network of distributors is essential. E-commerce background is highly desirable. * Ability to travel extensively (up to 50-75%) across Canada, USA, and Mexico. * Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a significant asset. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a global team.
