Licensed Insurance Sales Producer - South Oklahoma City, OK

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team in South Oklahoma City. In this outside sales role, you will proactively engage with potential clients, generate leads through calls and networking, provide expert advice on property, casualty, life, and health insurance products, and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven passion for sales, excellent networking skills, and the ability to assess client needs to deliver customized insurance solutions. Top producers earn $40,000 -$80,000 annually through competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Network and develop new leads through various channels
• Utilize provided lead lists to contact prospects and schedule appointments
• Conduct in-person and phone meetings with prospective clients
• Prospect via phone calls, face-to-face outreach, and social media
• Solicit referrals from existing clients to expand your book of business
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals
• Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships with professionals such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and Civic Organizations

Requirements

• Active license to sell Property, Casualty, Life & Health insurance in the state of Oklahoma (required)
• Proven sales experience preferred, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a performance-based environment
• Reliable transportation for in-person prospecting and client meetings Job Details
