Description: We're a tight-knit team that works hard, laughs harder, and treats our customers and coworkers like family. We serve the Food Service & Hospitality industry (one of the coolest out there), and we're looking for a Retail Rockstar to light up our showroom with great energy and even better service. Oh, and did we mention there's commission pay after 3 months? What You 'll Be Doing: * Welcoming customers like the VIPs they are * Helping them find exactly what they need (and maybe a little extra) * Restocking the showroom like a pro * Teaming up with our Outside Sales crew to deliver 5-star service * Keeping things organized, upbeat, and running smoothly * Doing whatever needs to be done to help the team (teamwork makes anything possible) Requirements: What We 're Looking For: * Some retail sales experience (or just really great people skills) * Solid math & computer basics * Clear, friendly communication with customers and eachother * Someone who can keep up when things get busy (and still have fun!) * Reliable and social team player who enjoys people and serving others Skills & Qualifications: * Previous experience in a retail sales environment * Basic math and computer literacy * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Must clear pre-employment screening upon a contingent offer Awesome Benefits: * 401(k) + Company Match * Health & Dental Insurance * Paid Time Off * Employee Discount * A team that feels more like friends * Did we mention weekends off? _ Bargreen Ellingson offers a comprehensive benefit program, which includes medical and dental insurance, retirement match, vacation, and paid holidays for all full-time employees.
