We are seeking Retail Sales Associates/Supervisors to join our Philadelphia Premium Outlet location. Must be 18 years or older. Nights, Weekends, Holidays. Essential Functions Statement(s) * Provide customer service by greeting, sampling, assisting and suggestive selling. Responding to customer inquiries and complaints. * Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges and security practices. * Cleaning, organizing and stocking product on shelves and displays. * Processing store shipments. * Cash handling. * Flexible schedules, nights & weekends. * Performs other assignments as directed. *Experience in retail sales is a plus. *Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
