About us UPS Store #2234 is a small business in Pigeon Forge, TN. We are professional and our goal is meeting our customer's business needs daily, quickly and properly. Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Team work * Fast paced * Multi tasking * Training We are looking for an experienced Counter Sales Representative to join our team. Prior print experience is a plus, but not required. You will be required to become a Notary Public, at the employers expense, in 90 days of hire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing orders, and helping customers find the right products to meet their needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service. * Greet customers and answer questions about products and services. * Process payments and complete sales transactions. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed. * Provide product knowledge to customers. * Assist customers with returns and exchanges.
