Location: Pittsburgh, PA Company: Augment-HR (Headquartered in Houston, TX) Augment-HR, a staffing and recruitment company headquartered in Houston, Texas, is expanding to the Pittsburgh, PA area. We are seeking Account Managers to oversee daily operations with existing clients and contractors. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between major clients and our contract workforce, ensuring recruitment, training, onboarding, and job site operations run smoothly. Schedule Our team gets an early start. Expect to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM (or until work is completed). Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build strong relationships. * Support recruitment efforts, ensuring job vacancies are filled quickly and efficiently. * Oversee contractor onboarding and ensure proper documentation is completed. * Monitor job site locations to ensure smooth daily operations. * Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients and contractors in a timely manner. * Track and report recruitment and HR metrics as needed. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Previous experience in human resources, recruitment, or sales (preferred). * Strong client-facing skills with a proven ability to deliver on customer needs. * Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
