In addition to your firearms specialization, you will perform general tasks within Family Pawn, such as handling pawned items, managing inventory, and assisting customers with non-firearm-related transactions. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building relationships, and promoting our products. Your key responsibilities will include: * Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner * Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and a deep understanding of our inventory * Ensuring strict adherence to local and federal firearm laws and regulations, guaranteeing all transactions meet legal requirements. * Assisting customers with purchasing, selling, and pawning firearms, and efficiently processing related documentation. * Identifying customer needs and providing personalized solutions * Ensuring that all sales transactions are accurately recorded * Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor * Participating in regular inventory management and restocking Requirements: To excel in this multifaceted role, you should meet the following qualifications: * Excellent knowledge of modern and classic firearms, ammunition, and associated accessories. * A thorough understanding of local and federal firearm laws and regulations. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Previous experience in firearm sales and familiarity with pawnshop operations are advantageous. * Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. * Flexibility to work Saturdays We offer a competitive pay range of $14-$18 per hour, with unlimited weekly bonuses based on your individual performance.
