KS Staffing Group is growing, and we're looking for a driven, relationshipfocused Business Development professional with staffing industry experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in outside sales, understands the fast-paced staffing world, and is motivated by building strong client partnerships. You must be able to report to our office daily and spend time in the field conducting outside sales visits, client meetings, and business development activities. Responsibilities * Develop and execute a targeted outside sales strategy to grow KS Staffing Group's client base * Prospect, cold call, and visit local businesses to identify new staffing opportunities * Conduct facetoface client meetings, presentations, and site visits * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, decisionmakers, and HR teams * Understand client workforce needs and offer tailored temporary, temptohire, and directhire solutions * Collaborate closely with inhouse recruiters to ensure high-quality candidate delivery * Report to the office daily for meetings, planning, and coordination with the recruiting team * Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity * Meet or exceed monthly sales KPIs and revenue goals * Represent KS Staffing Group professionally at networking events, job fairs, and industry functions Qualifications Required: * Previous staffing industry experience (minimum 1-2 years) * Outside sales experience with a proven record of generating new business * Ability to report to the office every day (no remote or hybrid options) * Strong understanding of the staffing/commercial recruiting marketplace * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Confident cold caller and proactive relationshipbuilder * Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to manage your own territory * Familiarity with CRM systems (Bullhorn, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) What We Offer * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * Performance bonuses * Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding team * Supportive environment with strong recruiting resources * Company laptop, phone, and sales tools * PTO, paid holidays, and professional development support If you are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, we would love to hear from you.
