We're looking for a motivated, community- driven Lead Sales Representative to help grow our studio and support members in reaching their fitness goals. Position Summary: The Lead Sales Representative plays a key role in driving membership growth, supporting studio operations, and creating a warm, engaging environment for all members. This role requires strong communication skills, high energy, and the ability to lead by example on the sales floor. Responsibilities: * Drive membership sales through calls, texts, tours, and in-person engagement * Meet monthly sales goals and manage leads. * Provide welcoming, professional customer service during all studio interactions * Support front-desk team with sales coaching and best practices * Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily studio operations * Maintain a clean, organized, and positive studio environment. Qualifications: * 1+ year sales experience (fitness or boutique studio a plus) * Strong communication skills; comfortable making calls and closing sales * Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
