About the Role ABC Ortho is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Orthopedic Sales Representative to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. This entry-level, 1099 independent contractor role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in orthopedic medical device sales. The representative will exclusively promote and support ABC Ortho's innovative product portfolio. Key Responsibilities * Represent ABC Ortho's product portfolio to surgeons, clinical staff, and healthcare partners while maintaining expert-level product knowledge * Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and operating room personnel * Attend surgical procedures to provide product support and education * Manage sales pipeline, inventory, and surgical schedules * Meet or exceed assigned sales targets * Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends * Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required * 1-2 years of sales experience or a medical/clinical background preferred * Comfortable working in an operating room environment * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities * Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently * Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure situations * Ability to obtain credentialing at local healthcare facilities * Proficiency with Microsoft Office What We Offer * Uncapped income structure * Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship * Growth opportunities within a high-demand industry * Performance-based rewards Location This position is based in Chattanooga, TN.
