Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Route Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a designated route to deliver products, build customer relationships, and increase sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, multi tasking ability, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients while managing the physical demands of the job. Duties * Drive a commercial vehicle along a designated route to deliver products to local grocery and convenience stores. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. * Manage inventory levels on your route, ensuring products are stocked appropriately. * Perform heavy lifting as required to load and unload products from the vehicle. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and inventory using basic math skills. * Communicate effectively with customers regarding product pricing and promotions. * Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications * Previous experience in route driving or sales is preferred but not required. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the day. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and services. * Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently on the route.
