What You 'll Do * Lead and Innovate: Evaluate current sales strategies and implement new processes to achieve targeted growth. * Strategize for Expansion: Develop long-term plans to grow existing accounts and break into new industries such as Wind, Hydro, Marine, Refinery, Chemical, and Power Generation. * Champion Technology: Continue implementing CRM tools and leverage digital marketing strategies to enhance outreach. * Drive Accountability: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team aligned with company values and goals. Success in this role will be measured by: * Execution of detailed, actionable sales plans * Revenue and profit growth aligned with forecasts * Building and developing a strong, accountable team * Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends What We 're Looking For * A proven sales leader with experience in industrial or technical markets --preferably in refinery, chemical, or pulp & paper industries. * Strong ability to formulate and execute sales strategies, including penetrating new markets. * Technical background with the confidence to engage in detailed discussions with engineers and sales professionals. * Skilled in conflict resolution, customer relationship management, and team leadership. * Entrepreneurial mindset --comfortable innovating in a flexible, fast-paced environment. Preferred Education: * Mechanical Engineering degree with a minor in Business Experience & Skills: * Executive-level sales and leadership experience * Market expansion and new business development * CRM implementation and data-driven decision-making * Strong networking and persuasion skills * Familiarity with machine shop operations Additional Details * Travel: Up to 40% within the assigned territory * Location: Baton Rouge, LA (office and manufacturing plant) * Work Environment: Primarily office and shop setting with occasional exposure to industrial environments Our Values: Simple.
